Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) for multiple development squads.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery of high‑quality software.
- Collaborate with product owners to maintain clear, prioritized backlogs and define sprint goals.
- Identify and remove impediments, fostering a self‑organizing environment.
- Track and report sprint metrics, providing insights to senior leadership.
- Support the adoption of Agile tools and best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technical project environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Relevant certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
