Job Summary

New York Technology Partners is hiring a senior SAP S/4HANA Engineering Change Management (ECM) Consultant for a long‑term remote role supporting a large‑scale ECC to S/4HANA brownfield transformation in the United States. Salary: $111,762.59 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement S/4HANA Unified Change Records and related workflow processes.
• Lead the migration of existing Engineering Change Management (ECM) data and processes from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align ECM solutions with overall S/4HANA architecture.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for change request creation, approval, and release management.
• Develop and deliver documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for end‑users and support teams.
• Support testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ECM scenarios.
• Identify and resolve issues during cut‑over and post‑go‑live support.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA, specifically in Engineering Change Management.
• Proven experience in ECC to S/4HANA brownfield migrations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Change Management, BOM, and product lifecycle processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in S/4HANA or ECM.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform or SAP Fiori UI for ECM.
