Job Summary

Sumitomo Pharma is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – Specialty to drive sales of its oncology, urology and rare disease products in the San Bernardino region, based out of Trenton, Mercer County, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed the annual target of $154,108.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with specialty physicians, hospital formularies and key opinion leaders.
• Deliver scientific product presentations and training to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – marketing, medical affairs and market access – to align on launch strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and prescription data to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, corporate and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or related field (advanced degree preferred).

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
