Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 help‑desk support for a portfolio of SMB clients.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues remotely and on‑site.
• Manage ticket lifecycle in the MSP ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with Level 1 technicians to escalated incidents and mentor junior staff.
• Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance across Windows and macOS environments.
• Document solutions and create knowledge‑base articles for repeatable issues.
• Assist with client onboarding, configuration of new services, and periodic health checks.

Qualifications & Requirements
