About This Position

Intelifi Inc. is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager (Player‑Coach) to lead and close B2B SaaS deals in the background‑screening market. This full‑time, in‑office role is based in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles County, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small sales team to exceed quarterly targets.
  • Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to contract negotiation and close—for high‑volume employers, staffing agencies, HR departments, and healthcare organizations.
  • Develop and execute territory plans, pipeline forecasts, and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and pricing.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR or background‑screening solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota, with experience managing a sales team.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to conduct full‑cycle sales independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self‑starter with a disciplined, data‑driven approach to performance management.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling to HR, staffing, or healthcare clients.
  • Familiarity with background‑screening regulations and compliance requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $111,900.91 per year plus performance‑based commission and comprehensive benefits package.
