Job Summary

Richmark Property Management is seeking a Revenue Accountant to join our finance team in Evans, Weld County, Colorado. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000‑$120,000 and focuses on accurate revenue recognition, financial reporting, and compliance for our property management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly revenue journal entries for residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Reconcile rent rolls, lease agreements, and ancillary income sources.
• Assist in the month‑end close process, including variance analysis and financial statement preparation.
• Collaborate with property managers to resolve billing discrepancies and improve collection processes.
• Support annual audit preparations and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard revenue streams.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis for senior leadership and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in revenue accounting, preferably within real estate or property management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606, and lease accounting.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
