Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory therapy interventions for patients of all ages.
- Operate and maintain ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP machines, and other respiratory equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on breathing techniques, oxygen therapy, and equipment use.
- Document all assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to emergency situations as needed.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (associate or bachelor’s degree).
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
