Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file U.S. individual income tax returns (Form 1040) and related state/local tax forms for a diverse client base.
• Process payroll for clients, ensuring accurate calculations of wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits.
• Maintain client communication, answer tax and payroll inquiries, and provide timely updates.
• Assist with tax research, data entry, and documentation to support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and engagement teams to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant certification preferred.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
