Job Summary
Bank of America is seeking a Registered Wealth Management Client Associate for its Merrill Wealth Management team in New York City, New York. This full‑time role supports financial advisors in delivering comprehensive, goals‑based wealth management services to high‑net‑worth individuals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Financial Advisors with client onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Prepare and maintain client portfolios, performance reports, and investment proposals.
- Support retirement, education, legacy and other life‑goal planning initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal partners—including investment, trust, and banking teams—to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Respond to client inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide timely follow‑up on action items.
- Monitor account activity for regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Continuously update client records in CRM and internal systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) registration required.
- 2+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory support.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in portfolio analysis tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; client‑focused mindset.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation
Salary: $84,323.49 annually (fixed). Additional benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match, tuition assistance, and professional development programs.
