About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantitative models to detect and prevent fraud and scams.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data‑strategy roadmap in partnership with Data Owners, Technology teams, and Product Owners.
- Translate business priorities into actionable data initiatives by collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Partner with executive leadership to define vision, goals, and a roadmap for data‑driven decision making.
- Promote adoption of best practices, standards, and governance across data analytics projects.
- Monitor model performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and iterate solutions for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
- Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL and analytics tools (e.g., SAS, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in financial services, risk management, or fraud detection is preferred.
Compensation
Annual salary: $172,003.67 (fixed). Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
