Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze public policies, regulations, and industry trends affecting rare earths, lithium, and critical minerals.
- Prepare briefing notes, policy memos, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Assist in drafting position papers, stakeholder letters, and public comments.
- Support the External Affairs team in building relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and industry associations.
- Monitor legislative developments and maintain an up‑to‑date policy tracker.
- Contribute to internal communications and help organize events, webinars, and round‑table discussions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Public Policy, International Relations, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- Interest in clean energy, electric vehicles, semiconductors, or defense supply chains.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
