Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory analyses (pH, moisture, temperature, weight, microbiological safety) using calibrated instrumentation.
• Document all test results accurately in line with GMP, SOP, and HACCP requirements.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with validation protocols.
• Support cross‑functional investigations by providing data, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action recommendations.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance testing efficiency and data integrity.
• Assist in preparing audit documentation and respond to internal/external audit findings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience in a regulated environment (GMP, HACCP, ISO).
• Proficiency with standard lab equipment and software for data capture.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow SOPs precisely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
