Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for production control accounts, guiding initiatives from concept through release while ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, operations, and finance—to secure required resources.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers and internal stakeholders, communicating technical updates and resolving issues.
• Prepare and present status reports, financial forecasts, and post‑project reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets of $100K+ and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation

Annual base salary: $111,456.47
