About This Position
Pkaza is seeking a Project Executive Data Center Construction – Owner’s Rep in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN. Lead the delivery of mission‑critical data center projects, representing the owner throughout construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Owner’s Representative on large‑scale data center construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee all phases of construction from design coordination, permitting, procurement, to commissioning.
- Manage contracts, schedules, budgets, and change orders while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and logistical issues.
- Prepare regular progress reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
- Lead project meetings, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing data center or mission‑critical facility construction projects.
- Proven track record as an Owner’s Rep or Project Executive on complex, high‑value builds.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems specific to data centers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and BIM tools.
- Ability to travel to construction sites as required.
