Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and field service, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, drawings, and cost estimates.
• Perform risk assessments, quality control, and compliance checks with industry standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Agricultural Engineering (or related field).

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
