Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of case managers, therapists, and support staff delivering CLTS services.

  • Develop individualized service plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to meet each child’s developmental, physical, or emotional needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with children with developmental, physical, or severe emotional disabilities, preferably in a Medicaid waiver setting.
  • Prior supervisory or team‑lead experience.
