Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle from concept through launch.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing and external partners to define product specifications and timelines.

• Manage project schedules, budgets and resource allocation to ensure on‑time delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of product development experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
• Proven track record of bringing new products to market and improving existing lines.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as MS Project or Asana.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
