Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage pediatric oncology clinical research studies from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigators, participants, and sponsor representatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, including IRB and GCP guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate study documentation, case report forms, and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor patient enrollment, schedule visits, and facilitate data collection and entry.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve protocol-related issues.
• Provide education and support to families participating in research studies.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; Master’s preferred.
