About This Position

ITC WORLDWIDE LIMITED Defunct is hiring a part‑time Payroll Accountant in Germantown, Montgomery County, US. This role supports the Finance & Accounts Division with end‑to‑end payroll processing, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full payroll cycle for all employees, ensuring accurate calculations, deductions and timely disbursements.
  • Prepare and review payroll journals, tax filings and related statutory reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing payroll documentation and explanations.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local payroll regulations, including tax withholdings and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR to update employee records, new hires, terminations and benefit changes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience processing payroll in a US‑based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of federal, state and local payroll tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Compensation

Annual salary: $50,139.68 (part‑time equivalent).
