Paid Media Intern

Stride, Inc. is hiring a Paid Media Intern in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana to support display, paid social and digital video campaigns across its General and Private Education divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Paid Media Managers and Specialists in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Display, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor daily performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Support audience research, ad copy creation, and creative asset coordination.
• Help manage budget allocations, bid strategies, and pacing to meet campaign goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including analytics, creative, and product—to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of paid media concepts, KPIs, and platform interfaces.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Data Studio) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation

Annual salary: $38,143.49 (fixed). This is a paid internship offering hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing education technology company.
