Job Summary
WTW is seeking an Individual Marketplace Business Development Manager in Glendale, Denver, US. This role bridges Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Advisory Sales to drive quality leads and client meetings for retiree products in the public sector, labor, and higher education markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to design lead‑generation campaigns across the Individual Marketplace product suite.
- Qualify inbound leads, develop a repeatable qualification process, and ensure smooth hand‑off to Advisory Sales teams.
- Identify and nurture new client meeting opportunities, focusing on retiree benefit solutions for public sector, labor unions, and higher‑education institutions.
- Track and report pipeline metrics, providing insights to improve conversion rates and revenue forecasts.
- Partner with product specialists to tailor offerings to client needs and market trends.
- Support the development of sales tools, training materials, and messaging that align with market demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of business development or sales experience in benefits, retirement, or public‑sector markets.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify high‑quality leads and manage complex sales cycles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and pipeline reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Compensation
Salary range: $90,999.45 – $90,999.45 per year.
