Stride, Inc. is hiring a Paid Media Intern in Phoenix, Maricopa County, US. This entry‑level role supports the Paid Media team to scale display, paid social, and digital video campaigns across General and Private Education lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Paid Media Managers and Specialists in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid search, display, social, and video campaigns.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive audits to inform media strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards using Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms.
• Support A/B testing of ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and data teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
• Help manage budgets, track spend, and reconcile invoices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a marketing, communications, or related program.
• Basic understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation

Annual salary: $36,043.58 (fixed).
