Sales Engineer

Automatic Controls Equipment Systems is seeking a Sales Engineer in Fenton, Saint Louis County, MO. This role blends technical expertise with sales acumen to promote Automated Logic® WebCTRL® building automation solutions for commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate Automated Logic® WebCTRL® systems to architects, engineers, facility managers, and end‑users.
• Develop customized proposals that align with client energy‑efficiency goals and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure seamless hand‑over from sales to service.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities, track progress in CRM, and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Stay current on industry trends, code requirements, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of technical sales experience in building automation, HVAC, or control systems.
• Strong understanding of Automated Logic® WebCTRL® or comparable BMS platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region to meet clients and attend trade shows.
