Job Title: Oral Surgeon Department: Clinical Reports to: Chief of Specialty FLSA Status: Exempt Compensation Information: $1200 daily rate for first 3 months OR 43-47% collectible-production (greater amount paid bi-weekly) Benefits: PTO: 1.54 hours accrued for every 40 hours worked.
