Job Summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle Applications Technical Consultant – Manager to join its Oracle Services practice. This role is based in Topeka, Shawnee County, US and offers a competitive annual salary of $263,719.72.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle applications for large‑scale client engagements.
• Collaborate with national consulting teams to develop proposals, scope projects, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and development staff.
• Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, testing, and post‑implementation support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business requirements into robust Oracle solutions.
• Stay current with Oracle product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite, Cloud Applications, or related Oracle technologies.
• Proven track record in leading complex, multi‑year implementations for Fortune‑500 or public‑sector clients.
• Strong project management skills; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
