Job Summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle Applications Technical Consultant – Manager to join its Oracle Services practice. This role is based in Carson Mall, Carson City, US and offers a competitive annual salary of $272,344.72.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle applications for large‑scale client engagements.
• Collaborate with national consulting practices to define solution architecture, integration strategy, and delivery timelines.
• Manage project teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Drive technical pre‑sales activities, including proposal development and proof‑of‑concept demonstrations.
• Maintain deep expertise in Oracle E‑Business Suite, Cloud applications, and related integration tools.
• Ensure compliance with EY’s methodology, risk management policies, and client governance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Applications (e.g., ERP, SCM, HCM) and technical consulting.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑year implementations for Fortune‑500 clients.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP, OCI) are highly desirable.
