Job Summary

Vie Medical Center Inc is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Certified Medical Assistant to join its team in Delray Beach, Palm Beach County. This full‑time role supports physicians and nurses with both administrative and clinical tasks while providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked for each patient visit.
• Register patients, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain accurate demographic information.
• Interview patients in Spanish and English to collect comprehensive medical histories.
• Document vital signs, medical histories, and test results in electronic health records.
• Perform routine screening tests (e.g., EKGs, glucose checks) and assist with minor procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations at all times.
• Coordinate patient flow, schedule follow‑up appointments, and communicate lab results.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) in good standing.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English – spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient‑focused attitude.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
