EY is seeking an Oracle Applications Technical Consultant – Manager to lead large‑scale Oracle implementations across the United States, based out of Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish. This senior role combines technical expertise with leadership to drive successful delivery for EY’s Oracle Services practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Applications (e.g., ERP, SCM, HCM) for national clients.
• Collaborate with EY consulting, advisory, and industry teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Manage project teams, mentors, and junior consultants, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
• Develop and maintain best‑practice frameworks, reusable assets, and automation scripts for Oracle implementations.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with clients, providing guidance on architecture, integration, and change management.
• Track financials, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for multi‑million‑dollar engagements.
• Stay current with Oracle product roadmaps and emerging technologies, advising clients on innovation opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle Applications, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle modules such as Financials, Procurement, Project Management, and Human Capital Management.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex, multi‑site Oracle projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP, OCM) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
