KBC Specialty Products Inc. in Aurora, York region is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse and distribution activities for its food‑service brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and on‑time delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in the Mississauga warehouse using ERP/WMS systems.
• Communicate with manufacturers, sales teams, and end‑users to resolve order issues.
• Prepare and track purchase orders, invoices, and freight invoices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fill rate and on‑time shipments.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Provide regular reports to management on inventory levels, order status, and operational metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary logistics or supply‑chain coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or operations coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP/WMS software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Compensation

Salary range: $45,000 – $55,000 CAD per year.
