Job Summary

Rembrandt Foods is seeking a Layer/Pullet Intern to join its fast‑paced egg processing operation in the United States. This role provides hands‑on experience across operations, engineering, safety, HR, accounting and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the operations management team with daily production monitoring and reporting.
• Support engineering and maintenance crews by tracking equipment performance and logging service activities.
• Participate in safety audits, hazard assessments and corrective action follow‑up.
• Collaborate with accounting to reconcile production costs and inventory records.
• Help HR with onboarding, training documentation and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to sales and customer service efforts by preparing shipment schedules and quality reports.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an agricultural, food science, engineering or related degree program (or recent graduate).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in the egg industry and willingness to learn multiple business functions.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, production‑focused environment.
