Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, configuration, and deployment of Syncade MES solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop custom scripts, interfaces, and integrations with ERP, PLC, and SCADA systems.
• Provide Tier‑3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system stability and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best‑practice documentation.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Syncade MES, including configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, shop‑floor integration, and data acquisition.
• Proficiency in SQL, C#, .NET, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and client‑facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Syncade or related manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards for industrial environments.

Compensation & Benefits
