Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
• Develop full‑funnel strategies that integrate prospecting, retargeting, and post‑click conversion tactics.
• Act as Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) lead: build landing pages, run A/B tests, and improve funnel metrics.
• Analyze performance data daily, generate actionable insights, and adjust budgets to maximise ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative, copy, and product teams to craft high‑impact ad creatives and messaging.
• Maintain detailed reporting dashboards for stakeholders and forecast future spend.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in direct‑response media buying for e‑commerce or SaaS brands.
• Deep understanding of full‑funnel performance marketing, CRO, and attribution models.
• Proficiency with ad platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large data sets and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
