Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end innovation lifecycle—from idea generation and feasibility studies to prototype development and market launch.
• Collaborate with R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to translate emerging science into viable product concepts.
• Develop and manage an innovation portfolio, prioritizing projects based on strategic impact, ROI, and patient outcomes.
• Mentor and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of creative problem‑solving and rapid experimentation.
• Track industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies to keep J&J at the forefront of healthcare advancement.
• Prepare business cases, budgets, and timelines; report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading innovation initiatives in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of bringing new health technologies from concept to market.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Compensation

Annual salary: $129,999.11 (fixed). Comprehensive benefits package offered.
