Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of logistics strategies for aerospace and defense products.

- Develop and maintain detailed logistics documentation, including BOMs, routing guides, and export compliance files.

- Serve as the primary liaison with suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Mentor junior logistics staff and provide technical expertise on advanced material handling technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of logistics or supply chain experience in aerospace, defense, or high‑tech manufacturing.
- Proven experience with DoD/ITAR regulations, export control, and classified material handling.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with electromagnetic or electric power generation systems.
- Six Sigma, Lean, or other process‑improvement certifications.
- Security clearance eligibility.
Compensation
Salary range: $145,130.47 annually.
