Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, market, and lease 315‑unit community apartments, highlighting amenities such as attached garages and racquetball courts.
• Conduct property tours, answer inquiries, and negotiate lease terms to meet occupancy targets.
• Process applications, perform background and credit checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Deliver exceptional after‑sales service, addressing resident concerns and coordinating maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate leasing activity logs in the property management system.
• Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to implement promotional campaigns and community events.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in real estate, business, or related field preferred.
