Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Learning Design, Instructional Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in learning design, curriculum development or educational consultancy, preferably within the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand curriculum frameworks, inclusive pedagogy and digital learning environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand and hold a valid security clearance.
