About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on‑site contact for all Kaiser Permanente clinical and implementation activities within the assigned region.
- Lead coordination of equipment installations, upgrades and complex endoscopy system implementations.
- Align clinical workflows with Fujifilm technology to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, biomedical engineers and administrative staff.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field or equivalent clinical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in endoscopy, clinical engineering, or medical device implementation.
- Proven track record of managing field‑based clinical projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of endoscopic procedures, infection control standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.
- Ability to travel within the designated regional coverage area and work independently.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data analytics preferred.
