Key Responsibilities

• Shadow senior Customer Operations staff to understand daily workflows and customer interaction protocols.
• Assist in answering customer inquiries, providing product specifications, and delivering accurate information.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of customer documentation, order trackers, and service reports.
