Human Resources Generalist Part-Time

The Sacred Path Indigenous Wellness Center is seeking a part‑time Human Resources Generalist in Long Beach, Los Angeles County. This role supports senior management across employee relations, benefits, recruitment and compliance, with a salary of $57,493.54 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Administer benefits programs, ensure accurate enrollment, and act as the primary liaison with providers.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, preparing documentation and facilitating introductions.
• Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations and development plans.
