Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the CV Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Monitor cardiac telemetry, interpret rhythm strips, and respond to emergent changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record.
• Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and post‑discharge care.

Qualifications & Experience
