Healthcare Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, military bases, and community organizations to promote MedCerts certification courses.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets and increase market share.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored promotional materials and webinars for target audiences.
• Analyze competitor offerings and industry trends to recommend new program launches or enhancements.
• Prepare quarterly business reports, forecasts, and ROI analyses for senior leadership.
• Represent Stride at local career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in healthcare education, allied health, or IT training.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Experience working with military personnel or veteran populations is a plus.
• Ability to travel within Alaska and occasional national travel.

Compensation & Benefits
