Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands‑on, on‑site support for Fujifilm endoscopy systems across assigned customer sites.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, performing repairs or coordinating service as needed.
- Conduct training sessions for clinical staff on proper equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or new product introductions.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the Northern California region.
