Head of Workplace

Zoom is seeking a dynamic Head of Workplace to lead Workplace Operations for its global sites (excluding China) from Bismarck, Burleigh County, US. This senior role oversees daily office operations, vendor management, and employee experience while ensuring safety, compliance, and cost‑effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations for Zoom’s worldwide office portfolio, excluding China, ensuring facilities are safe, well‑maintained, and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and enforce operational standards, health & safety policies, and sustainability initiatives across all sites.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of workplace programs, including space planning, workplace services, and technology integration.
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring to maximize value and service quality.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to tailor site‑specific services that enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for the global workplace function.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record managing multi‑site, global workplace programs and large vendor ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations across multiple regions.
• Excellent strategic planning, financial acumen, and budget management skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
