Paired is seeking a Fractional Head of Retention for a remote, part‑time role supporting fast‑growing DTC brands. This senior position will drive lifecycle email strategy and lead multiple client accounts from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own end‑to‑end customer retention strategies for 8‑9 figure DTC brands.
• Lead a team of account managers and creatives to deliver enterprise‑level email campaigns.
• Analyze lifecycle performance data, identify growth opportunities, and optimize funnels.
• Collaborate with brand managers, product, and analytics teams to align retention goals with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in lifecycle or retention marketing, preferably within DTC ecommerce.
• Proven track record of scaling email programs for multi‑million‑dollar brands.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ESPs, CRM platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
