About This Position
The FP A Manager role at Dodge Construction Network in Uptown, Marion County (US) leads financial planning, analysis and revenue forecasting for a leading construction services firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision‑making.
- Drive annual and quarterly budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Partner with sales leadership to create accurate revenue forecasts and performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations and other business units to align financial plans with corporate goals.
- Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports for the VP, FP&A/Revenue Operations and senior leadership.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best‑in‑class FP&A tools and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in construction, engineering or related industries.
- Strong analytical, modeling and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Proven ability to partner with sales and operational teams and translate business needs into financial insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Compensation
Annual salary: $165,211.58 (fixed)
Location
Uptown, Marion County, United States (on‑site role).
