Job Summary
Join Cognizant as a Facets HIPAA Gateway (EDI) Consultant working remotely from Boise, Ada County, US. This full‑time role focuses on implementing and supporting Facets EDI transaction processing for healthcare payer clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for HIPAA‑compliant EDI transactions.
- Configure, test, and deploy the Facets HIPAA Gateway solution.
- Provide end‑to‑end implementation support, including go‑live and post‑implementation troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with payer systems.
- Document configurations, workflows, and best practices.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client staff.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Facets or similar healthcare claims processing systems.
