Job Summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Product Analyst to work remotely from Trenton, Mercer County, US. This role delivers moderately complex solution products that create value for customers and supports the company’s purpose‑driven pharmacy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product team members, Scrum Masters, and solution architects to define, design, and deliver product features.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
• Perform data analysis, create dashboards, and generate insights to guide product decisions.
• Support product testing, quality assurance, and post‑launch monitoring.
• Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain product documentation and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably within pharmacy benefit management or healthcare.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data‑visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product life‑cycle management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) processes and regulations.
• Certification such as CBAP, PMI‑ACP, or similar.
