NavitasPartners is seeking an Enterprise Data & AI Platform Architect to join their high‑impact team, working remotely or hybrid across the US and Canada, based in Laval, Laval region, Canada. The role focuses on designing cloud‑native architectures for analytics, machine learning and generative AI workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable, secure data and AI platforms on leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Architect end‑to‑end data pipelines, integrating data engineering, ML and GenAI workloads.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Define best practices for data governance, security, and cost optimization.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for development teams.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing cloud‑native data platforms and AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL, streaming, and ML lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with cloud services (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, GCP BigQuery) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Hands‑on experience with Python, Scala, SQL and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote/hybrid environment.
