Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and grow a cross‑functional software engineering team delivering high‑quality digital products.
- Own the product backlog, define user stories, and prioritize features in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, data scientists and client stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure best‑in‑class software development practices, including agile ceremonies, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews and automated testing.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation while maintaining up to 40% travel for client engagements.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and risk management across the product lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience and at least 2 years in a leadership or technical product owner role.
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies, product backlog management and stakeholder communication.
- Strong knowledge of modern programming languages, cloud platforms and micro‑services architecture.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and creative thinking abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
Compensation & Benefits
