Headway is seeking a fully‑licensed Mental Health Therapist to join its remote team, supporting private‑practice clinicians across the United States. This role is based in Dallas, Texas and offers a fixed annual salary of $70,275.27.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in setting up and managing insurance billing through Headway’s platform.
• Provide guidance on best practice clinical documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate with the product and support teams to improve the therapist experience.
• Conduct virtual training sessions and webinars for new and existing users.
• Monitor client intake metrics and recommend strategies to increase therapist utilisation.

Required Qualifications

• Fully‑licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LCMFT, or equivalent) with a Master’s degree or higher.
• Current registration to practise in Texas (or ability to obtain it quickly).
• Strong understanding of insurance processes and mental health billing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
